Meet The Team

We know you want a puppy that’s calm, friendly and well-adjusted… and listens! Or maybe you have a dog that overreacts to other dogs or people. Either way, you want to enjoy your dog for years to come.

All dogs are different, and we’re here for you!

If your dog pulls you hard enough to send you to the chiropractor, or lunges and growls at every dog he sees or barks at every human he meets or guards resources, we can help.

Meet Diesel, Kaajal's heart dog

and the SOLE REASON behind D For Dogz

Diesel came to her when he was literally 5 days old. He’s the best teacher and mentor one could ask for.

Diesel came a long way from his fear of the world in general, leash reactivity, and sound sensitivity. He’s helped Kaajal raise many Board & Train and Day School pups, teaching them appropriate dog-dog communication, the concept of sharing, confidence building in different situations, besides social skills. Besides being a  fantastic puppy teacher, Diesel introduced Kaajal to the world of Nose Work, Free Style, Canine Nutrition, Pain Assessment, Dog Anatomy & Physiology and more.

Diesel’s legacy lives through Diesel’s FootPrint, a non-profit, which supports families with their pets medical needs.

Meet Henry

Henry completes Kaajal family :), is the most well-adjusted pup and an amazing teacher. Henry spends most of his days assisting Kaajal in her work with leash reactive dogs, and does that with a lot of calmness and confidence.

As an adolescent pup, Henry struggled with separation anxiety and taught a lot to Kaajal about caring for and working with dogs who have separation issues. He is a very well-adjusted pup now and loves watching Animal Planet, going on a Sniffari, lounging in the sun and doing Nose Work.

What Our Clients Say

“I took several classes with D For Dogz and loved all of them. I really enjoyed that many of the classes were held in different locations around town so your pup gets to practice the skills in the real world.”

“The one thing that sets Kaajal apart from other trainers is that she uses Positive reinforcement methods and is remarkably good at training humans in how they connect with their puppy as that sets the right foundation.”
